Prep Instructions

THAW: In package in refrigerator overnight or in cold water for about 30 minutes before cooking.

PASTA WITH CLAM SAUCE

Serves 4

  • 1 pk. Wholey Clam Meat, thawed
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 ½ cup White Wine
  • 3 tbsp. Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Oregano
  • 1 tbsp. Basil
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 lb. cooked Pasta, (we recommend small Shells)
  • ¼ cup reserved Pasta Water
  • Romano Cheese, to garnish

Saute Wholey Clam Meat in olive oil, butter, shallots and garlic. Add wine, parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes and reserved pasta water. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle with Romano cheese.
